  107.         Greetings!  I am Andrew Davis, and I am a musician for Plaid World Software!

  109. I am a sophomore in high school, age 15. 
  110. I live in Minnesota, like Chris D., and I enjoy reading, music, AD&D, and computer games.

  112. I am a fantasy nut who has read all of David & Leigh Eddings, a lot of Piers Anthony, the Lord of the Rings (of course), many Dragonlance series, and countless others.

  114. As of now I am working on finishing the fourth book of
  115. Robert Jordan's "The Wheel of Time" series, which I highly recommend to anyone interested in this sort of thing.

  117. I play the piano and violin, and sing in the school choir, although I couldn't sing this year because of scheduling problems.  I am an avid listener of classical music, although I like popular music too.

I am (sadly, depending on your point of view, and those who read this are likely to be on the opposing side) an IBM PC user, which has resulted in a few compatibility problems doing things for Plaid World.  But I won't go into anything about PCs being better than Macs or vice versa, because I don't want to spoil anyone's impression of Plaid World, and because death threats would

  129. I'm not sure how I could tell you which is which.  Maybe Chris can do a Version 1.1 or something with a sound test built in, and the name of the song being played listed.  That would be cool.

  131. I know some rudimentary programming, but mainly I'm still learning.  Someday I will completely learn C and then all of you will come to me and kiss my feet and BEG me to code your games.  And then I'll laugh cruelly and code my own and make millions like id software (or Plaid World).  Yes.

I have nothing much else to say, except that I have a cute Shih Tzu (that's a dog) named Calvin.  He's a little furball who runs around and shreds boxes. Also, last year (when I was a freshman) a bunch of us began a little story on a computer in the school library.  We'd all add something whenever we had time, and it grew into this fairly massive work of literature.  It's about 40K of text.  When the school year ended I took a copy home, but it didn't
  134. have much of an ending, so just tonight I tacked one on.  My ending begins with the line "Ir'tran paused.  'Azhol, I've been thinking.'"
  135. It's sort of a fantasy-type story with a few references to, and a general sort of feel of, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, by Douglas Adams.  (Don't tell me you haven't read it.)  Its basic theme is bizarre humor and bad puns.

Anyway, Chris said I could put whatever I wanted here, and I thought it would  be kinda cool if this thing (called "Eegwa") got published in a way.  Remember, not all of this is mine, although a lot of it is.  Most of the funny parts are probably mine. :) It's big, so some night when you're bored you could read it.  Or print it out and mail it to friends anonymously, or whatever.  Anyway, be warned.
